Slavakulikoff is correct, AT&T is lockdown carrier. Only way for you to access apn setting is via tetherme. With unlocked iPhone using tmobile sim, you will see cellular tab and apn setting. On prepaid AT&T iPhone, it requires you to add apn setting, without it no data. You will need tetherme.

The Firmware Umbrella : 4.3.5 Support AND Optional iPhone 4 Baseband Update

In order for you to restore to firmwares that apple is not signing anymore, you need shsh blob with Tiny Umbrella, locally or through Cydia. At this time only firmware you can restore to is 5.0, without shsh blobs. Download and run Tiny Umbrella, and save shsh blobs see what is saved, if you don't have shsh blobs saved you will not be able to restore. There is no way you'll be able to restore to 4.3.5. Check and see any blobs are saved. Check out iclarified.com for some excellent tutorials. http://www.iclarified.com/entries/index.php?page=...

add this source, cydia.pushfix.info, and install tmobile mms setting 4.x.x. After installation the phone will reboot, afterwards you will need to enter the apn setting for your celluar and mms, then reboot again. Remember you'll need boot thether via redsn0w after each boot.

You need shsh saved for firmware you are trying to restore. No shsh, no restore. Reason you are getting that error is because apple is not signing the firmware you are trying to restore. 4.3.5 is only firmware apple is signing at the moment.

Occurs when trying to install an old firmware and Apple's server disallows the installation. The only solution is to have SHSH backup and modify the hosts file to point to Saurik's Cydia Server where they are backed up (or localhost if you have it yourself).

Hold power and home button at the same time, continue holding both buttons until apple logo shows up, when you see the apple logo let go both buttons, let see if you can get to reboot. After reboot When using redsn0w point to stock ipsw, when doing this firmware will get patched, then just enter pwned dfu for now, after pwned dfu open itunes and RESTORE to your CUSTOM ipsw that you created.

Current firmware for ipad 2 3g is 4.3.4, you shouldn't need tiny umbrella to restore. You should be able to just shift restore. 1600 error means you did not entered pwned dfu mode using redsn0w or pwnage tool.

You are correct there is no more "apply change button", after unchecking two options, you should be able to save shsh locally. You may want to reboot your computer after unchecking those options.
