Why isn't n64iPhone available in the Rock store?

Zodttd,

First off, I want to thank you for the hard work and great emulators. You've nearly destroyed my social life among other things, as I can't be torn away from Final Fantasy III on snes4iPhone. I could only be happier with an iControlPad or Wii Remote controls. Thanks!

Pay no attention to trolls. Anonymity is a bitch. I have absolutely no problem with RockYourPhone. I think their implementation of an AppStore alternative is a lot more slick than Cydia, and if possible I always stick with the Rock Store. So you have my support.

Keep up the great work. Have a great vacation!

sandos and angiepangie are correct. If you are using an official SIM, you need to uncheck 'Activate the phone' in the PwnageTool ipsw creation settings.

Thanks a lot for the help.

Ok. Thank you very much. I'll share the results when I finish.

I'm pretty sure that it wouldn't matter. I don't think the iPhone is picky about what activates it. It seems like I've always had that checked. I could be wrong though. :P

If no one else has any other solutions, I guess I'll rebuild the ipsw and give it another shot.

I have an ATT iPhone 3G on the ATT network and had the previous version of the iPhone firmware jailbroken and running prior to the update.

I used PwnageTool to create the custom .ipsw, installed it, and proceeded to restore my backup from iTunes. Everything went well except that I am not getting an activation. I have toggled Airplane mode and inserted and removed the SIM multiple times as well.

I have been using PwnageTool for a quite a while now, so I understand it fairly well. The 'Activate the phone' checkbox under 'General' was checked. I hope I haven't missed something obvious.

Has anyone else had any trouble with activation?

Same problem with a Japanese SoftBank sim. I hope whatever you do to fix the T-Mobile phones fixes our problem too! :)

Actually now if I insert my old AT&T sim in I get nothing as well.

I got it to connect and this time it read 'Softbank' with the 3G logo. It looked like things were going great so I called myself and things went perfect. But when I tried to make an outgoing call it dropped reception and stopped working. There are other people who are having the same problem with outgoing calls. Is this indicative of anything?
