Is Truman Middle School a public school or private? If it's a public school, what a waste of money. The principal, the superintendent and perhaps the Board of Education should be fired for having a "Seahawks Appreciation Day". That is not education, that's just crap. How proud the community must be that their tax dollars are so well spent on the education of their children.

I know, but it's considered child endangerment. And then you have to think about the "what if's" -- what if it had been cocaine or heroin or some pills the child ingested?
It's not like the child would have OD'd -- it's really hard to OD on THC--but I'll bet that child had the munchies real bad for a day or two........

Judging by all the negative points given to the folks giving fairly honest appraisals of this incident, it looks like Middletown cops are on this story on the internet in full force tonight trying to improve their ratings with the public.
As a resident, I've found most of the cops in Middletown to be egotistical and worthless with lousy attitudes when it comes to the public. I hope the 5 cops not named in this story are suspended without pay until an investigation is completed.
I'm inclined to believe the victims sister's story-- because he was resistant, he was cuffed BEHIND his back, not in front, so he could hardly choke a K-9 to unconsciousness, unless, perhaps the K-9 was a chihuahua and he used his feet. And if 5 (allegedly) trained professionals in law enforcement can't control one man without tasering him repeatedly, then those 5 should not work on the police force; they are obviously incompetent.

The mom seems to think it was ok if the school gave out birth control, and doesn't seem to have a problem with her 15 yr old kid having sex.... seems like she terminated her right to her kids' body a few decisions ago.....
