what they are offering service for data card users since last few years are experienced by all , it rarely connects and download of 1mb file is still a dream . i am using reliance data card since last 18 months and i have to wait till midnight in case i need to download .
3g launch by BSNL and fear of loosing good market share may be the reason to talk abt this . I am sure it's hype they want to create ... wait till it actually works ......................
