Dear Sir,
Did you honestly read the complete Stimulus Package Bill before signing it? If you did, how could you be “Stunned” that AIG received big bonuses? It’s right in the bill. If you did not read the complete Stimulus Package Bill before signing it, SHAME ON YOU! Can you explain your actions to my family and me? I do not understand them.

He never read the stimulus package. In fact, no one did! It was just passed in a panic to make it look like something was done to help! (It has been said, only the best “Speed Readers” might have had a chance to read the complete bill, since it was put to the floor and voted on in such a short time.) According to Boeing's Web site, the 747 burns approximately 5 gallons of fuel per mile (12 liters per kilometer). Current Jet A prices for LAX Landmark Aviation, $4.90. Atlantic Aviation, $4.95. That’s at least $176,400.00! One trip to Leno in Air Force One fuel is about five times my yearly salary! (If I had a salary that is… I’ve been unemployed since 11-21-08) You also have to take in effect Marine One and all of the supporting helicopters and cargo aircraft that fly the armored vehicles in.

Diehard, I do not think you are being rude. I agree with you! We (Well some of us) voted all of these “Clowns” into office. I am guilty of not paying too much attention before. I wrote that letter in frustration. It will not go anywhere alone. But, if more letters are written, we WILL make a difference! Then there is always next the election…
