what do you mean by civil disobdience...2010 is our final responce . public responce & vocal expression are first.our reps. are bieng manipulated by powers not seen by us regulars there is a problem that we cant see.our reps are scared of these others & will not even mention their names publicly.they do what they are told to do and shut up.you call your reps & ask them about this & see the responce.
