Our mayor is doing what Cedar Rapids is not used too, getting results FAST!! everyone complained how long the previous mayor and council took to get anything done after the flood, remember she fell asleep !! I like everything this mayor is doing.... and fast, great decisions

We have to move back downtown, City Gov. needs to lead by example and show the community that downtown is thriving, how can you encourage business's to move downtown or start a business downtown, but the City Gov. wants to build a brand new shiney building out of the downtown or the flood area, you have to move downtown.

yo pig.... Looking any potential tenants up is the right way and only way, it's called a paper trail, its shows a history of the chooses you made, it allows us to see right throw all the lies. If all landlords chose only clean record tenants I guaranty wellington heights would look like it did 50 yrs ago, landlords would feel there's a vested interest in that area. All the great rental properties do this, sorry its only the truth

Question, Ella i just don't understand why you put up a battle with the bank and all the plumbing problems and continue to choose to live there? there is a ton of available places to rent with in a few blocks, i just looked it up. please help me.
Ella Doss, looked her up and WOW, evictions galore, tresspass, intoxication, fighting...... she is 1 of 1000's for the problems of that area, tenants choose to live there, landlords i'm sure clean up the yard , re-paint sweep it out, fix holes in walls and broken windows then re-rent it out to the next "ella" and then receive it back in much worse condition with lack of rent payments, which doesn't encurrage the landlord to fix it up any more than before, to me...Ella's record wouldn't be acceptable to live in CR, Landlords in that area need to all meet have a guide line for qualification, one person can't do it alone, the whole hood needs to come together.. huge mountain
