At one time I could have told you of 5 guys who were in construction who had their licenses taken away but had girlfriends sign for them to have a car. The car would be in the girlfriends name, but the guy was paying for it. People find a way around the rules.

This lady lost a lot the first time BC. She lost her successful business, her home and her nice car. Not to mention her reputation. And as she's a hairdresser, that's important in Destin. From people I've talked to, before she got her license back, she drove everyone crazy wanting rides to bars. I think she would find a way around getting a car to drive.

Most of us have gotten behind the wheel after having a drink or two too many. I never got pulled over, but I still stopped driving after drinking without the law having to punish me. Wouldn't you think that if she was going to change, she would have after her very first conviction back in the 90's? I just don't think she cares.

Boiled Crabs, why would it matter if you took away her car? She'd find another one to drive. And drunk can do that. Put a monitor on her car, I know a kid who would disarm it. I don't think it would matter to this lady if you took her license away, that's just my opinion. And Doc, I don't think she's done too much rehab, but she was in prison for 2 yrs and apparently was able to iive w/o alcohol, she just has no desire to live w/o it. I feel sorry for her family.

I totally agree with Mr. Denninger. What lame excuses for an arbitrary rule. I hope someone decides to run against Alexis next time. She has got to gooooooooooooooo.
