What I've also discovered is that while the commenters fervently backup Dr Paul personally, they are so well informed on the issues that they can be absolutely rabid in defense of his policy positions. And for very good reasons it seems.

Frankly, I have NEVER seen anything quite like it in all the years I've been following politics. It's really something to see. We are so lucky to be front and center and positioned to witness a historic moment in time. A Ron Paul, or someone with his principles, his honesty, his values and with a genuine sense of what America needs more than ever, does not come around that often.

He really does cure the apathy in even the most cynical of people once they get to know what he truly advocates. Something that's so precious only life itself exceeds it; freedom!

Does anyone else notice, like I've noticed, that whenever there's an article on the web that references Ron Paul in a negative or positive light the comments that follow generally are in support of the good doctor and rush to his defense? The comments seem to run about 65 to 75% in his corner when the article tries to portray him unfavorably .
