Don't read the article. Look at the first paragraph. It's dead on to exactly what I said. It defines "Islam" as "surrender."

One of the more current pieces of propaganda says that "Islam" translates to "peace." In the case of the name of the religion itself, that is not true. In the context of the name of the religion, "Islam" more accurately translates to "surrender."

That should change any thinking person's perspective.

I am still astounded why President Obama refused to support the Iranian Democracy movement that would have removed a hostile, militant Islamist government from power, but then backed the Egyptian uprising in such a way that just installed a hostile Islamist government.

Growing up, I was a metalhead. I still am, though my hair is short now and I haven't been able to fit into a lanky black concert t-shirt in about 15 years.

Have read Gene Simmons' interviews and writing, and having to luck into meeting him twice, I can unabashedly and proudly say I am a Gene Simmons fan.
