Hmmm...Do you know what browser you're using? I've tested it in IE, Firefox and Chrome and it works in all of them. Not sure what the problem could be. Are you having trouble viewing any other videos on our site or just this one?

Thank you for posing those questions.We checked again and the plaintiff's attorney says that the settlement money is paid with state taxpayer funds. A spokesperson for OCFS also sent us the following response:

"Settlements generally are paid from state funds appropriated to indemnify public officers and employees from liability for acts or omissions that occur while such officers and employees are acting within the scope of their public employment or duties in accordance with Section 17 of the Public Officers Law."

Our numbers show that Hallenbeck actually actually did win by 90 percent. He had 6,760 votes compared to Haddad's 733 votes.
