Just wondering where I might find that the 16th Amendment was not ratified. I have an ongoing debate with a good friend over this topic. His explanation of the "voluntary" statement on the back of the various IRS returns (1040's) is pretty weak, and not based on factual research, but rather is based on fear and other's opinions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Might want to add "HistoryBA" to the list. If he really is a history teacher, we know why kids today have no clue.... about much of anything. He reminds me of a teacher I know who says that history is unimportant.
It is truly a sad day when the President of the United States needs to be barred, by Constitutional amendment, from essentially giving the country away. Might that qualify as a treasonous act?
