Flash back to 2008. Employment losing 750,000 jobs A MONTH, two UNPAID wars we are involved in are off the books, Wall Street in total chaos, housing market crumbling down, over 50,000 citizen bankruptcy due to high medical bills and high inflation, just to name some of the problems. Also, GM was bankrupt. The loan given by the government kept them afloat and people are still employed there (as well as the feeder industries), sales are on the rebound, and they have paid back a substantial amount of the loan. Can you imagine the unemployment rate if this action had NOT been taken? I would argue that he has kept the ship afloat, but we certainly have a long way to go until it is righted. Nobody likes government regulations, but because Bush and the Republican congress deregulated in such massive ways in so many areas, the crooks took advantage of the situation and robbed the National store. And your point is that he is egotistical because has appeared on Oprah and The View! That is fine, however, since that is your perception and opinion that you are entitled to. But, here is the Question: WHAT SPECIFIC POLICY CHANGES (DIFFERENT FROM OBAMA'S) WOULD YOU MAKE TO GOVERN IN A MORE EFFECTIVE WAY, AND WHICH CANDIDATE ON THE REPUBLICAN SIDE WOULD PROVE TO BE A MORE EFFECTIVE LEADER THAN OBAMA, AND WHY?

Do you realize that 750,000 jobs were being lost a month in 2008 when Bush was at the helm, Wall Street went down to it's knees, the greatest recession since 1929 came into play, and thousands of people were being evicted from their homes due to bankruptcy mainly from unpaid medical bills. Obama is putting us on the right track from all of the Bush ineptness and incompetence, but this is costing the taxpayer to accomplish. This is not coming fast enough for some people. What do you want to do? Put the people and party back in that got us into this mess?....Now, that would be reasonable now wouldn't it? What would be your alternatives to the programs that Obama is currently implementing
