If you are referring to the most common problem in choosing the correct course then I would say this.
The most common problem is that people are not sure of what to do next. And a lot of courses online are like this. They tell you what you should do, but they're sort of vague on the details and leave you hanging if you will.
What people should be looking for is a course that is detailed, clear, and straight to the point.
But how do you know when a particular course is clear, when you have a limited amount of money?
When I was starting out, I found that review sites are a great way to tell you a little more about a program, so that you know more about what you're getting yourself into.

To answer your question, I'm not using a freelancer. I' managing my own theme, but it is really easy. I use the Flexsqueeze Theme for WP created by Ryan Grabenstein.
By far from all of the themes that I have tested this one is the best because it is so easy to control every aspect of how your theme looks. You should give it a try it works surprisingly well.
