Besides, the M's aren't even winning and who knows if they'll ever win so who's to say they'll have a consistent 45,000 fans at the Safe. Furthermore, if the Seahawks games aren't causing any issues I don't see why NBA games and Mariners games together would be a problem when it only affect less than half a season. The closer the lines are together the stronger the pressure and that's where the winds are at its highest. As you can see, the "thumbprint" as you said it is where the center of the storm is with the lowest pressure and highest winds. With a pressure of 964 mb, you're looking at a pretty decent windstorm (I would say hurricane force like at the coast).
