OSU is in no position to pay someone for nine years, and then pay the big bucks to bring anyone in. If LaVonda Wagner can't get fired for cause (no pay), Riley sure won't. During the season the offense practices in the stadium, even if it's cold, wet or whatever. Twice this year it was bad and went indoors. The defense usually goes to the indoor center whatever the weather is.
