Hi Doug, I have really missed your blogs but certainly understand your need for a break. Of all the sites I check every day, there is something about yours that really speaks to me. My spirit is so heavy with the breakneck speed with which we are watching the destruction of everything that is good. Everything in me is alarmed but no one I talk to wants to hear it. I feel so alone and can't wait to be with my Lord. It's like our country (world) is at war with God. I am 62 and have a perspective that spans the innocent days of the 50's to now. It is breathtaking. Thank you for what you are doing. You have no idea what it means to me to hear the truth and learn how I can be more prepared in these treacherous times. God bless you richly.

I don't know much about you but am impressed with the research you put into your articles and feel you have a God-centered, common sense approach to events.
