Sickens me to admit how often in the past I helped support Hanks, Harrelson, Moore, HBO (NBC, ABC, CBS, Sean Penn, Matt Demon, etc.) by watching their work. Those are mistakes I will never repeat.

Depressing indeed. I am actively boycotting most of these so-called stars and many more. In fact, to save the America we love, consumers should boycott the major networks, HBO, CNN, MSNBC, etc, the leftist newspapers and magazine, too. Then we can reform the Federal government and courts, big education and the fraud of academic science. Most of these people don't seem to want or deserve freedom. We do. May God help us all.

Great post. Hang on to that beautiful humanity. It's not easy right now.

Dispiriting the "enemy" is part of the left's mission, delivered by the man who ran on hope. How very Alinsky.

Oh, yes, Glover. Garafalo. So many of these asses Americans should be boycotting. I've yet to come up with a plan to organize it nationally. That could achieve major results. Any ideas?

Matt Damon is a tool -- for the left. Please boycott everything he does or has done. Same with Clooney, Sarandon, Sean Penn, Hanoi Jane, Tom Hanks, John Cusack, Tim Robbins ... and all the major networks and media. If we as the majority -- you know us radical, crazy types who actually love this country -- ever stand together we can force the media and entertainment traitors back toward the center to survive. Where did these fools ever get the idea that big government leftism ever breeds anything but despotism and misery?

Any of us who actually have a clue need to boycott every film -- new and old -- that features any of these Hollywood jackasses. We need to boycott every mainstream (leftist propagandizing) television network and every one of their publications. Let's keep reminding ourselves that we're the majority in this country, thank God, and not fools like Hanks. Way to insult your audience, Tommy Boy.

Jim Hoft is dead on. Andrew Breitbart is a national hero. Thank you for your strength, courage, wit and humor. I would cover your back anytime, anywhere.

Great column, and don't agree on all your criticisms, but that's cool. It's a great discussion to have, looking at allegedly great films through different eyes.

I have a few to add: "The Departed" -- let's see how many over-the-top accents and how much over-acting (of course, Matt Damon assures suckage) we can employ using the most F-bombs while bombarding audiences with brain-spattering violence in the name of gritty reality and art -- and a celebrated piece of Hollywood propaganda: "Let There Be Blood," which turns the gifted Daniel Day Lewis loose carrying familiar leftist messages: capitalism is destructive and soul-stealing, and religion is a sham. Can Hollywood, where films like "Sergeant York" and "The Best Years of Our Lives" and "Shane" were once made, be saved?
