-Survey of Firmware 3.30 issues and problems-

Hi all,

It seems that a growing number of people are experiencing problems since downloading and install Firmware 3.30 - too many, I feel, for Sony to be ignoring the issue.

The latest news is that Bioware are working with Sony to resolve the problems that are particular to Dragon Age: Origins since the firmware update was released, but there's been no confirmation of whether Sony are looking into the countless other problems that gamers are reporting, and there certainly seems to be no active effort to collect data, let alone resolve the issue.

Therefore, I've decided to create a short survey to collect people's reports and data. If you have experienced any problems or issues with Firmware 3.30 please take a minute to complete the survey.

If I get enough responses I'll cross tab the data, and hopefully some patterns might emerge that may help to narrow down the problem.
