We are concerned about politics being in this situation because the left and especially the Obama Administration are in the business of politicizing everything.

You don't think there could possibly be a link between the flu scare and the push for socialized medicine? What happened to the historical liberal cynicism about politicians?

You do know that tens of thousands die of the flu every year. Have you seen any statistics about how many college students had the flu last year? Please give us the comparison.

Notice how short the invite is? Possibly because the WH twisted their arm to make the invite and they reluctantly agreed?

Seriously, what person with political skills would think Obama on TV yet again, this soon, would be a good idea? Obama being into self adulation is the best answer to this question.

Bravo Italy. They need to reject any accommodation to muslim lifestyle choices. We here in the US need to do the same. There should be no recognition of ramadan or anything else.

We need to stay serious on this issue - which sums up and brings into focus encroaching, oppressive government a - nd not let our guard down. Keep the petal to the metal.

This has been a long time coming and we need to get America back to being the beacon of freedom we have been historically. We all need the courage to talk to our liberal friends and family about this issue. I don't believe most Americans want socialism or marxism. Certainly some do; most don't.
