There are NOT a thousand pages of government mandates telling UPS and FEDEX where they have to have stores, what packages they can or cannot accept, when they can take them, where they can deliver them, what ethnic background their employees need to be and what colleges, that have as their highest priority graduating minorities (not skilled workers) that they have to have graduated from in order to work for them and so on.....and most important telling them that they have to charge 40% less than it actually costs them to deliver the package.
