The ramifications of being in prison can, and often do, happen to anyone else who happens to land there. Shouldn't be that way, but lots of people root for others who end up in prison to be beaten and raped. I don't agree, but if that is what happens to the general population in prison, then this man should be no exception.

I guess they forgot a couple of new initiatives. Ones like "Reform and/or repeal laws which shield officers' out-of-line behaviour" and "To hold accountable *by filing charges against* officers who break the law"
You could throw in a disbandment of the SPG while you're at it.
