thanks. so if I just unlock and jailbreak and insert my already activated sim, it should just work? I hope so. I'm not too worried about mms and tethering. all you have to do is get a new digitizer, I wouldn't pay more than 40 bucks u.s. if you google the digitizer you'll find what you need. it'll be harder because it's a 2g though.

I like backgrounder. I listen to the WRIF radio app a lot, especially for their morning show, and I like to be able to answer a text or email while listening.

i agree with you, it's faster than the winterboard with 2.2.1, but it's slower than it was after I updated to 3.0 (before jailbreak) I guess I just wanted to know if I was crazy or if anyone else noticed.

i only use that feature as a "try before I buy" kind of thing. trust me, i've shelled out the bucks for the apps I like. I like the app store and I want to keep it alive. they aren't that expensive, may favorite app, orblive, was only 10 bucks. pretty good deal to have all of my media in my pocket. so I should say, if you like the app, then BUY IT

I have an iPhone 2g, just jailbroke it with redsn0w and it worked perfectly. I didn't unlock it, so I don't know if anyone is having problems with that. but if you just follow the instructions to a T, then you should be okay. Thanks dev-team.
