Remember "Innocent until proven guilty"???????? And what do you know about PTSD????? If you're looking for a "Personal Responsibility Badge", Go Join The Cub Scouts. This man was a combat Veteran, have a little more respect, compassion and understanding. IF he is found guilty by a jury of his peers, THEN he will be personally responsible BUT IF he is guilty, his mental health due to PTSD should be considered a mitigating circumstance by which his sentence should be measured.

No Motive, No Evidence but Police are Confident. Let's not jump to conclusions yet. All we have is a newspaper article and the "word" of some cops. I'd trust the word of a homeless man over the word of a cop any day of the week..... so give this Soldier some respect, he is innocent until proven guilty. What he really needs more than anything is a good lawyer and I hope some effective Vet Lawyer steps up to the plate.
