There's a very specific look to a game when you use Avatars (cartoony people). That really can pigeon hole a game.

Honestly, just buy a Touch. It's not getting the media love, but it can use *most* of the cool apps.

Apparently Apple's getting A LOT of complaints about them. We are trying to not bother Apple about them, there's enough angry people out there.

It's too much "Me too" I really think the current Dashboard is amazingly useful and easy to use. Plus this is just another way to bury Arcade games making them harder and hard to find.

It's really sad, each E3 seems to be less and less impressive of a keynote. But they are clearly spending TONS of money on them.

Son, Avatar = 1000 gamerscore in about 20 seconds. It's brilliant.

The 8 bit is a style. Think of it like this.

Videogames have reached a point where they can be done in a style, like a movie choosing to go Black and White, or in a blue tone (like Payback) or a sepia tone (like O Brother Where Art Thou?). 8-Bit is a recognizable style. You can see from the screens & movies, it's more than strict 8-bit, they are paying with colors and animations and such.

Bummer about NZ being so horribly expensive. As for stats, they are in game, but we could publish to the web using our StatSmith system, but we didn't want to clog the game on a 1.0. And we'd have to adjust for cheaters.
