I really like this post, man... piracy is one of those "wrong" things that has become acceptable to do. I'm a political scientist by (undergrad) training, and like you, have moved on to other things. I, also like you, keep a passing interest in the subject, but have no real desire to delve as deep as I once did. I can talk all day about writing, and about language (not to mention about girls)... but can't be bothered to watch a debate for more than 30 minutes or so.
