I'm not familiar enough with Android Twitter clients to know if any support this. If not, perhaps contact the developer of one and see if you can get it integrated. The process of integration would be VERY similar to the iPhone. I know the dev of Twittelator Pro and talked to the dev of Twitter for iPhone so I was able to get both of them to support Tweetpress. Might be worth a shot to contact a droid dev :) Let me know if you find a client that will support it and I will post an integration tutorial up on my blog. Thanks for posting. The short solution is to apply for XAuth through Twitter which allows u to send Twitter username and password to get back this token. Long answer for oauth, pull up a web view with the Twitter auth page loaded up, the user presses allow for your app, you scrape the HTML returned for the secret and store it. But as far as YOUR apps token, you can safely store it in the code as it gets compiled.
