Leah, you're a brave fighter for democracy! Here's a little PSA that we did, asking for people to do much less than you did - simply go out and vote!

Obama told America that if we can win WWII and put a man on the moon, we can plug this leak and solve our dependency on fossil fuels.

But there's a missing piece: the soldiers in WWII had the Pentagon and Neil Armstrong had NASA. What's the man on the street supposed to do to solve the fossil fuel problem? Is it time for an organized, funded effort?

I think that Obama is making the right choice in using the Oval Office as a backdrop during this horrible event. Sure, it didn't always work for Carter or Bush, but he stands a change to gain back some respect.

Unless, that is, he decides to cave into the segment of the population that want to see him pull his hair out, just so we know that "he feels our pain."

On that note, readers might enjoy a moment of satire on the cries that we need to see more outrage:

Scientists say that a headless cockroach can only survive for 10 days.

Rand Paul seems to be the exception to the rule.

Here's a short satire video that serves as my response to this moron:

One's protected under the first amendment, the other under the civil rights act, right?

@Nova

Well, yes. That's the law as it stands now and it's been in place since 1964. So I guess I do think a Klansman has the right to enter an establishment owed by an object of his or her hatred.

I would tell the owner that if the Klansman were cordial, take his money. If he caused problems, call 911.
