If you read other posts on this blog, you will see that I am a big component of weight training for women. However, this specific post was about how to get the most out of your cardio training.
Although I'll leave the above comment intact, and I don't have to even say this for those of you who know me, but I never recommend or endorse any type of specific diet (ie Caveman diet), especially extreme and possibly dangerous ones as the Keto diet mentioned above.

Just curious since I know other women who do the same thing...why do you do ab work during the day? What are you wanting to achieve with that?

Also, in the video they show him doing cable crossovers and bicep curls. No wonder the weight is coming off so slowly! If you need to lose 90 lbs, drop the isolation exercises for awhile and focus on some hardcore compound exercises.
I agree it seems he did this as a publicity stunt more than anything.
