You are not alone. My appeal started in 1992, YES 18 YEARS ago. it's gone in circles since then. From RO to BVA to COVA back to BVA again to Cova then BVA to RO toVAMC to RO now in LIMBO. The last disapointment was that the remand judge was no longer with the VA so I was given a new Judge and hearing . that was in 12/01/08 still waiting.

I',m in the same club. My appeal has been going around in circles since 1991. The last remand was in 2002 and by the time they got around to responding it was early 2008. Then they said that the remand judge was no longer with the VA so they gave me a new hearing and judge. That was Dec. 2008 and I'm still waiting. Almost 19YEARS and counting.
