Next Weller is going to tell us is that Polis is a "transient from Denver". Reminder: Weller is not registered to vote in Boulder County. Actually, on top of everything else, he doesn't even live in the City of Boulder.

I guess we can be all grateful that Max Weller does not admire Scott Kimball. This lack of endorsement comes from a man (Weller) who (from published accounts) let his mother die in her own house, then buried her in cat litter (in her house) and then stole her social security checks for years on end (he failed to inform anyone that his mother was dead). Maybe this is amusing to most people. Personally, I think Weller’s crimes would have made Alferd Packer vomit.

It would be fine to put it to a vote, I think. A measure to give health insurance to City Council members would almost certainly be voted down.

These people are supposed to be looking out for us. But give them health insurance they become further insulated from what the rest of us have to put up with. If they are unhappy with their insurance plans, they should press the State and Federal Government to provide universal health care, not try to get some deal the other residents of Boulder can't get themselves.

I sure won't be voting for Macon Cowles the next time he is up. You work for us not the other way around, Mr. Cowles.

Oh no it would be much much better if he "camped" just outside of North Boulder Open space like your do,Max. On real estate he doesn't own but where inadequate laws prevent the County Sheriff from arresting him, like you do,Max. But conveniently within walking distance of the Boulder Homeless Shelter which would give him free meals and other services, just like the ones you take,Max.

Maybe if we are lucky he was also sentenced to five years in the Missouri State Pen, just like you, Max R. Weller.

Great. You are registered to vote somewhere other than Boulder County, is that correct? But you have and use a City of Boulder Library card which you can only get by being a resident of the City of Boulder. Does the Public Library know about this? Do you get food stamps in Boulder County? Legal residence in some other county but getting food stamps or any other kind of aid here in Boulder is a crime, amigo.

When I have taken the time to read it, your blog is to say the least delusional. Kind of pointless to go over this again (anyone can read the one and only response you have permitted from me, if you haven't hidden your tracks and wiped it off). Many of your entries cannot be believed. It was right to question that particular entry because it came from you. I don't believe you have edited out only two responses. I’ve submitted many more than that, myself, which haven’t appeared. Pants on fire, Max.

You have claimed yourself on your blog that you are working on your fourth year of homelessness in Boulder. 2007 2008 2009 2010. Four years indeed.

Oh happy day. You're legally allowed to vote in Boulder even though you don't live here. Think that is voter fraud, buddy. I will contact the Clerk and Recorder. Hope they catch up with you.

I was aware that some of my comments on your blog were not published. The Camera gave you administrator privileges. You drop comments that don't portray you or your criminal past in a positive light and/or drop comments to which you cannot respond.

Let’s remember: you are convicted felon from Missouri by way of Kansas and Utah. The crimes you committed in Missouri, if they were known, would horrify anyone. You've attached yourself to the City of Boulder like an infected carbuncle. You are not a legal resident of the City of Boulder and the Homeless Shelter on Broadway is not intended to be a permanent residence for someone like you. After four years it is time you left.

Well, what Weller and pals do can hardly be called "camping". Weller has been crapping on other people's property in the County of Boulder on a more or less permanent basis for four years now. Take a hike in North Boulder just outside of open space and learn the pleasure of stepping on the feces he leaves as a territory marker. Problem is that the County Sherriff doesn't have the authority to kick him out.

At the same time Weller claims falsely to be a resident of the City of Boulder. For this chucklehead, this means he gets a City of Boulder library card, something an actual resident of Erie, say, can't get. He then spends his days in a warm building, scaring the other library patrons and writing bigoted and insulting remarks about other homeless people (among others) on the BPC Internet computers.

Not a diabolical genius. Just an ex-con from Missouri who has found his retirement community. Free rent, free food and a platform to express otherwise ignored opinions. This is not what Boulder and the Homeless Shelter should be used for.

Note: The problem is there is a gap in regulation. The county officers have no statutes to fine and arrest “campers” outside of open space, as the City of Boulder Police do inside City limits. The only thing the sheriff’s department can do is tell Weller and his friends to move, which they do, to another location where they wait for the Sherriff to catch up with them again.

Weller repeatedly claims that he is a "citizen of Boulder". This would only be true if you don't have to be a "resident" to be a "citizen". I hope his felonies from Missouri prevent him from voting, at least.

On this Web Site, Weller has made countless comments in opposition to easing “camping” regulations inside the City of Boulder (for the homeless). Hypocritically he does so while making no secret of the fact he evades Boulder’s “camping” ordinances himself and has been doing so for four years..

He claims to have a legal address at the Boulder Homeless Shelter. He rarely stays at the Boulder Homeless Shelter, though. Most of time Weller lives outside of Boulder’s City limits and outside of Boulder County Open Space, in a tent with no attached sanitary facilities. Here he pays no rent or tax. He claims he “camps” with the implied permission of the Sheriff’s Office. But if you call the Sheriff’s department they will tell you that they give no permission to anyone (including Max Weller).

Weller has been “camping” (and defecating outdoors) all over the part of Boulder County that is not Open Space. As long as he gets free meals and mail at the homeless shelter, and has a City of Boulder library card of doubtful legality, he has absolutely no intention of ever stopping to be homeless.

Um, yeah right. And you try and make comments that indicate you've read the Camera article and the comments other people have made.
