I accompany my father on his visits to the local VA hospital. He has received good treatment, seems to have good doctors, but he is a number, there isn't the personal relationship that you have with your family doctor. I think that you are right, the staff at the hospitals are overwhelmed, and programs are underfunded. It frightens me that this could be what the country is headed toward.

Reagan told many truths that now seem to be coming true before our eyes. Its very scary, he once said(not exact quote) that freedom is never more than a generation away from extinction. It looks like this could be that generation..

Be careful when mentioning scientific fact, there are only scientific theories. Like the theory that the world was flat and the sun revolved around the earth.
