If the bailout went to tax paying citizens each would have paid off there mortgage and bought a new car.

1. Borders, language, culture.
2. New term limits President one term 6 yrs, congress, reps, senators, 2 terms
3. Flat tax if you make this amount you pay this amount one page. Would also cut the number of folks needed to work in IRS. Citizens 7%, small business 9%, corps 12%
4. If running for office can only use the funds that come from americans, cannot use corp, business, foriegn funds.
5. No lobbiest
6. Have to follow the oath of the office can't go beyond.
7. Free market no bailouts is the chance you take.
8. Ban tort lawyers
9. If recieving Fed or State money have to take drug test, if not working put them to work mowing state or local parks, pick up trash....etc. Need to bring in applications that you are looking for a job. To keep recieving pay.
10. New laws for reporting if not true stiff fines, report the news and only the news.

I still say that is one of biggest reasons why California is in the mess it is in. Also no government money should go to a state that supports illegal aliens also.
