AP never gets it right. They call Brown the "Republican who captured the late Sen. Edward Kennedy's seat." Didn't they read Brown's lips, that with all due respect, it isn't the Kennedies' seat, or the Democrat's seat, it's the PEOPLE'S seat?!?! And as far as Brown "upsetting" Coakley, you bet he did!

Obama meets Madcow and Overbite, the openly opinion-based programming of their network, but won't even sit down with Wallace, who is so clearly a very professional, balanced interviewer? Shortly after, as you say Cowboy, Maddow shills for Acorn. Like dominos, one thing causes another. The impropriety, the barefaced cronying and mutual shilling, is truly disgusting. And Acorn has the gall to say, on its home page, that the media "failed Acorn." WHAT! They failed themselves, and the public, but they hugely helped Acorn by ignoring the story. Pathetic. How does Madcow sleep at night knowing her face is on that wretched outfit's website? No conscience, no shame. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking toward elections....

I said this very kind of thing earlier today. Great minds... My thought was that he probably had a spontaneous ejac while on camera.

Which he mocked on national television. I read a news story of a Downs child who had found out about Obama's poking fun at himself (in mock self-deprecation) saying that his bumbling was "like the Special Olympics or something." The kid hung his head because he felt ashamed because the President of the United States had mocked an event that he dreamed he might have a shot at participating in some day. This man is so beneath the dignity of the office he holds that it makes me feel sick. Yet he thinks he is above the office, taking glory at every opportunity, and apologizing to the world for our "arrogance" and "derisivieness," which he can't even pronounce right. The next 3 years are going to seem like an eternity!

Harleyone had talked about Chicago being "ethically challenged." You changed that to "ethNically challenged." I figured the "n" that you inserted was unintentional...?

The guerilla media are attracting unprecedented scrutiny, given their recent success. The establishment media libs are watching, closely. First, as Charles Johnson comments above, it’s McVeigh, not McVey! Then there's this sentence: "I was very skeptical of the story at first however Jack’s research is overwhelming and Christopher Andersen’s favorable book on the First Couple confirmed that Ayers did, in fact, play a significant role in Obama’s book– that President Obama claims he wrote with no help." There are at least three sentences embedded in it, and they’re barely even being hinted at with the punctuation. The word "however" simply cannot be used, in its context, and in a sentence, without a comma, and it cannot start off a new thought without a period or semi-colon coming before it. I'm interested in this story, and am extremely sympathetic, but the way this story is written, it is coming off as rushed fodder for willing minds, and I am feeling tempted to resist it. Let's slow it down a bit, write with care, and stay out of the range of cheap shots at our intelligence, education, training, and thoroughness.

Only someone in deep error could look at what happened in all those Acorn offices and come away from it muttering imprecations against the two wholesome young people "entrapping" all those poor, hapless Acorn workers, instead of feeling justly pricked in the conscience for ever having supported such a fraudulent organization as ACORN. You have no regard for truth, Pam. Obviously, as long as it serves your purposes, it's anything goes with you. In other words, the end justifies the means, right? We learned where that kind of thinking leads us in Nazi Germany. Why don't you go live in Europe if you like socialism so much?

Wow, I already tried to post a reply to you JOA, but it went "poof" into cyberspace. Mostly, I just wanted to tell you that I think your handle is clever. Also, to second your admiration of Hannah Giles. What a brave deed she and O'Keefe did! The days of the lefties being the one to expose deep-seated institutional rot are, apparently, over. The new "radicals" are on (and in) the right! The libs are playing defense. I think that this is why O'Keefe won't call himself a conservative. He is on the attack, not playing defense! So is Hannah Giles, and hopefully, so are hundreds of other new "radicals." Yipeeee!

I love your name, JoanOfArgghh! The news so often makes me do that, "Arrggghhhh," that I totally understand your title! Or is it a battle growl? Or both? I share your admiration of Hannah Giles. Didn't it used to be scrappy leftist types who worked their tails off to topple institutions rotten with corruption? Now, the libs are the ones trying to "conserve" (meaning protect) what they have built up, and the James O'keefes and Hannah Giles's who are exposing the disease growing in the bowels of their behemoths. I suspect that this why O'Keefe won't call himself a conservative. Conserving the present platform is not what he is about. Smart kid.

Pastor Giles: Ultimately, there is no way that we can satisfactorily thank your daughter, and Mr. O'Keefe, for what they did, and you for raising Hannah as you did. Bringing Acorn to its knees was a mighty act that many a mighty figure had failed to do previously. It was miraculous. One way I plan to thank you is to buy your new book when it comes out. I have two daughters, and I'd like to see what you have to say about raising girls. There are a lot of liberal Latin teachers and students out there, though, so watch that title, if your are seriously considering it. You suggested "Contra Mundus Mamas." The preposition "contra" typically takes the accusative, and "Mundus" is nominative. I think "Contra Mundum Mamas," would be more grammatical. Do research that to be sure... Good luck with everything, and thanks again!
