True that! It is unfortunate that believers in the same God have so much difficulty in coming together as one so that we could have a much greater impact on the lives of people who would benefit greatly from knowing the one and only true and living God. Apostle Paul declared to the Jews in Romans 2:24 that the name of God was being blasphemed among the Gentiles because of them. It's still the same today in that so many people reject the idea of Christianity based upon the incongruent behavior they've observed taking place in so much of the Christian community. When do we -- as whole -- get that check-up from the neck up and begin to see our own inconsistencies as a group of people? People who declare themselves to be people of God, chosen by God, to do the work of God. I believe that we can improve how we allow the power of God and excellence of God to really shine through us? MY BROTHER! Thank you! You have eloquently echoed the sentiments of my heart. Love is something you do and when you do what love does the results are amazing. True love is a teacher that breaks through so much of the shallow, erroneous misconceptions and interpretations of what love is. God is love. When I consider how He expressed love and parallel that with the so called love I see running rampant throughout our world the results I see leave me pondering the definition of insanity.

I wholeheartedly agree with you that through much hard work and COMMITMENT to the one you say you love soul-mate status is achieved. When we can operate in that Corinthians 13 kind of love bearing all things, believing all things, hoping all things and enduring all things then love will never fail. Then the one you love will truly be your soul mate.

I long for the day when my wife and I are in position to take a long vacation--first to some lush, tropical locations with blue waters and amazing sunsets and then everywhere else. I do envy you. Enjoy, appreciate and treasure the blessings of your labor and God's favor.

That was a most encouraging word my brother. One I need to be mindful of as I am bombarded daily with ideas of how I can prosper and be a blessing to others in their quest to improve the quality of their lives. When I think about some of the problems we face in our society and wonder what little old me could do to make a positive difference in the lives of the multitudes of people who struggle with one challenge or another it can be a little overwhelming and discouraging especially when I see myself as insignificant. But you what? I need to remember that greater (bigger) is He who is in me. I'm never alone if I truly trust in the Lord. Thanks, I needed that!
