Oh dear God. I know nothing of vagina waxing, and now I just have a reason to never concern myself with it. Ever. My legs are crossed in horror and I don't think I'll be able to stand for a little bit.
This is really neat. If I had one day, I would brave the busy mile-long road that separates my house from "town" and where my college is and walk into town. Upon my arrival, in addition to going to classes, I'd make sure I got one of the "in-house" reusable coffee mugs at the coffee shop, stock up on produce from local farmers, and brave the busy road and walk home. In general, I'd try only to recycle, and not throw anything away for an entire day. :)
I just placed my order for a free one...free sounds MUCH better than a $200 Tiffany & Co straw.
Wow...the last time I was in NYC, the fam did our traditional brows around Tiffany & Co, and we found a silver reusable straw for somewhere around $200 with a little monkey wrapped up the side of it. My mom and I sort of looked at each other trying to figure out who would ever want a silver straw...but...now I get it. I never thought of how many straws probably get thrown away in your local restaurant every day.
Yes. Etsy is the best/worst thing that has ever happened to me. Internet is the reason I'm going to be an unproductive grouchy pants when I get up at 7 to do homework before church. I look forward to a green twitteroff.
Bamboo bed sheets are soooo soft. Target has some wonderful (and affordable) ones in lots of pretty colors. :)
I just started reading your blog...and you're just hilarious. I think we might be living parallel lives, this sounds like I could have written it (but...funnier).
Hahaha amazing. I feel the same way about my little MacBook, and everytime I try and break away I feel all weird. The closest Apple Store to me is about an hour and a half away, so when I go they usually fix it up right there. It's beautiful. So are the Apple Genius Bar attendants.
I don't know if I would regularly use a boxed water. I use my Brita Filter and fill up a water bottle everywhere I go. The tap water here is REALLY bad, so it's really the only option. A water filter certainly pays for itself in the end.
However, I pretty much agree with everyone on here. Places where there isn't clean water could definitely benefit from this...or even places where you CAN'T take your own refillable bottle (I've been to plenty of places like that) maybe using the boxes instead of the bottles that add up if you have to buy your own water.
I'd love to! Please just let me know more details. They're moving to a bigger shop right now and the owners are so excited and eager to talk about their business currently. :)
