<title>Western Center For Journalism : Our Undocumented White House Resident</title>
<link>http://www.westernjournalism.com/our-undocumented-white-house-resident/#IDComment72931976</link>
<description>I&amp;#039;d agree with Mr. Richie but for two problems with impeachment. First, that&amp;#039;s up to con-gress, so it&amp;#039;s highly unlikely. Second, and most importantly, how can con-gress impeach a usurper? In other words, a NON-PRESIDENT? Impeachment only applies to REAL presidents. Arrest, rather than impeachment, is the only way to get &amp;#039;whatever his name REALLY is&amp;#039; out. Impersonating an official, fraud, etc., etc., as nauseam. Several sections of Title 18 Crimes would be applicable. Of course the &amp;#039;issue&amp;#039; has been adjudicated by the courts, (NO LUCK SO FAR? Not holding my breath either, since I heard Justice Clarence Thomas say they&amp;#039;re AVOIDING the issue!?!) and the resolution is that courts do have the authority to review eligibility and even remove an ineligible chief executive. See KEYES, DRAKE, ROBINSON, Plaintiffs-Appellants, v. BOWEN, OBAMA, BIDEN, HUGUENIN, et al., Defendants-Respondents.&lt;a href=&quot;http://usjf.net/?p=1486#more-1486&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;http://usjf.net/?p=1486#more-1486&lt;/a&gt; </description>
