I'd agree with Mr. Richie but for two problems with impeachment. First, that's up to con-gress, so it's highly unlikely. Second, and most importantly, how can con-gress impeach a usurper? In other words, a NON-PRESIDENT? Impeachment only applies to REAL presidents. Arrest, rather than impeachment, is the only way to get 'whatever his name REALLY is' out. Impersonating an official, fraud, etc., etc., as nauseam. Several sections of Title 18 Crimes would be applicable.

Of course the 'issue' has been adjudicated by the courts, (NO LUCK SO FAR? Not holding my breath either, since I heard Justice Clarence Thomas say they're AVOIDING the issue!?!) and the resolution is that courts do have the authority to review eligibility and even remove an ineligible chief executive.
