I love this, Google is brilliant or really stupid. If you know anything about agriculture, you know that one farmer's disaster is another farmer's windfall. Weather wipes out crops every year, and has since humans started farming. A thunderstorm could wipe my crop out and the grower across the street can be untouched, the rainfall total for the year would be the same so their would not be an insurance pay. The only significant difference in weather today, than in the past is have 24 hour news and the internet.

As Attorney General Jerry Brown tried to lie to the voters by saying that it would nullify California's air pollution laws. The supporters of Prop 23 sued and won and the ballot description was changed (expect in Fresno County where the ballot description still has Brown's lies.)

Green jobs are the holy grail of progressive (communist) politics and the people in California are buying the lies.

Jerry Brown's previous two terms are a major reason for the loss of business in California. AB 32 is the nail in the coffin for California.

Isn't it great that Ivy League educated lawyers and judges are no longer taught the US Constitution. We would not have a United States of America if not for the Bill of Rights. The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution severely limits the power of the federal government (note that we do not have a central government.) The Constitution can change (as it has many times) by approval of 3/4 of the states.

The 10th Amendment clearly limits the federal government in it's scope and power, subject to any later amendments. The federal courts have for decades ignored the 10th amendment and have used the "Commerce Clause" to ignore the limits of the federal government. The commerce clause was intended to protect states from unfair trade practices between the states not give the federal government power over the states. In addition, the supremacy clause must interpreted in light of the 10 amendment which limits the power of the federal government to the powers expressly granted to the federal government. But what do I know, I didn't graduate from an Ivy League school.

For all of you Ivy League scum sucking judges, the 10 amendment reads as follows:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively,
or to the people.

We have a Constitution to protect the Republic from the politics of the day but unfortunately the Republic and the Constitution are dead, when is funeral? When do the reeducation camps begin?

The state employee unions are a problem that Brown himself created by signing the Ralph C. Dills Act. Public employee unions are the largest contributors, they make the Chamber of Commerce (the organization Obama is going after) look like amateurs

NPR and PBS means no constitutional freedom of speech. The Progressive of course do not support our constitutional republic. Mum, since all politicians swear to defend and protect the constitution, I think we need some rope!

Unfortunately, Mr. Reid, like Jerry Brown in California, is suffering from dementia. We need to be sympathetic to their conditions but not vote for them.

Let's surrender our sovereignty to the United Nations and put hundreds of thousands of Americans out of work for science that is in an infant stage. You're not as smart as you think you are Mr. President or is there another motive?

Every year when the progressives are turning out their lights, I have a bbq, a fire in the fire pit (burning centuries old oak) and turn every inside and outside light that I have control. This year I think I will burn propane heaters and a lights in my rv using my gasoline generator. Man, I'm getting exited, LOL.
