It should be noted that Christian is the *creator* of the famed Bacone ... we just documented it ... :-) Thanks Christian!

I prefer to pair with OJ ... it helps offset the nitrates/nitrites in the bacon so you don't die (true story) ... :-)

Also, check out�http://baconcamp.pbwiki.com/. It's got a lot of great resources for our next event in San Francisco. It's going to be a little different format than MasterBacon, but great also.

Maybe it makes sense to wait until after March 21, and we'll have thrown two. THEN we can talk about what we've learned and get the bacon happening in Sydney.
