I really enjoyed viewing the 2015 Smart Home. Always well designed, the creators have another "win." Who wouldn't love to call it "home?" I have a concern relative to a single car design. Does anyone have insight as to why that was a good decision? I envision at least one car always in the driveway of each home.

This is a fabulous house. Is there a powder room ?
