The custodians of record for the BC, the HDoH have verified that every single item of information shown in the image is accurate. This is not just legally but also constitutionally sufficient.

They have stated this in legally suffice and legally binding form with Verifications in Lieu, signed and sealed and accepted as sufficient in every state of the union.

The original BC from which the image was scanned is legal proof of the facts of birth and is sufficient for all legal purposes.

As for your last comment, that is wholly inaccurate, the original BC from which the image was taken is EXACTLY the same as every single solitary BC issued to every single individual born in Hawaii'i issued from 2001 which is when this form was last updated.

To accept your personal opinion would be to say that every BC issued in Hawaii'i since 2001 was a forgery.

I don't think even you could stand by that sort of statement

Unfortunately for your piece of mind, that isn't actually what happens in the real world. Each and every act signed off by Obama would need to be rescinded individually. Would that include the various tax reduction bills you benefitted from as well.?

To be accurate, the hard copy printout of the image was submitted by not one but two different Sect's of State in two different states, Arizona and Kentucky.

Both requested confirmation of certain pieces of information show on the image, both received not just confirmation of the specific pieces of information requested, they also received confirmation that every piece of information shown on the image was accurate.

Both responses were signed and sealed, both were accepted as legal and binding, both confirmed all the content was correct, both Republican SOS's accepted them as sufficient. So, what else is at issue..?

"Discovery" happens if there is a case were discovery is warranted and legally required, it is not some magical fishing expedition. If there had ever been a case where discovery was warranted and legal all that would have happened would have been the EXACT same certified copy of the BC would have been requested from Hawai'i, the exact same one would have been provided and the result would be the same.

The original hard copy that would be provided, a certified copy of the BC, the same as everyone else in Hawai'i gets is, by it's nature a legal document and constitutionally sufficient proof of the facts it states.

First off, as you really should know, if you could read, M v H was a VOTING rights case, not a CITIZENSHIP case and in any fact, all the case is junk and irrelevant as soon as it was quashed by the 19th Amendment...FAIL

The REAL relevant case which is always quoted in the real world and has never been superceded is Wong Kim Ark where the Supreme Court stated categorically that born on the soil, irrespective of parental status = NBC. Have a read, there's a nice piece where the Chief Justice states that by this judgement it meant WKA could run fro President...FAIL
