Actually, with a prior sex offense involving a minor, he would be looking at a minimum of 10 years and a max of 20 in the federal system. If they charge him with Receipt, rather than just simple Possession, it goes to 15-40.

Last I checked, marijuana can cause lung cancer just as easily (if not easier) than tobacco can. However, I doubt there are any accurate records as to how many people die from lung cancer due to MJ usage. Still, saying MJ contributed to ZERO deaths is likely false.

The test proves she had marijuana (or marijuana metabolites) in her system which is enough, under Iowa law, for her to be charged with OWI.

In case anyone was wondering, Iowa law states that it's illegal to have ANY amount of a controlled substance or its metabolite in your system while driving.

Interesting. I had been under the impression that the law was only going from "May Issue" to "Shall Issue." I didn't realize it included open carry provisions.
