I don't really care why the elitists ruling class in Europe are "smug." But it's probably because they have many of their populace right where they want them. Subjugate, subordinate, and stripped of much of their individual ability to overcome economic adversity. A distant goal indeed... I'm so tired of the politically correct "Thought Police" dictating their "divide and conquer" propaganda without the "tolerance" or time for opposing views or honest debate. Things like delivering a 1000+ page bill to congress with a demand that it be passed within less than 48 hours!? The most expensive "Stimulus Packages" in US history ram-rodded through congress effectively saddling future generations with the largest debt in our history!? I'm just saying anything that's so damn good for everyone should be able stand the scrutiny Obama promised in his bid for election. I found Spike Spencer's comments timely, brutally honest and down right brave for someone in his position.
