I think the difference between those things and having cosmetic surgery is that those things won't leave you ending up like Kanye West's mother. It's important for people to realize that all surgery is risky, especially when undergoing anesthetic. I think there are a lot of people unnecessarily risking their lives in search of "perfection" to compete with a bunch of airbrushed covergirls. I think Winslet is setting a good example leading people away from that.

I agree that Blade Runner is overrated and Minority Report is a much better movie. But I think the movie I would most compare to it as being better is Dark City. I think that's a very underrated film.

First let me say that I'm a Kevin Spacey fan in spite of the fact that he's a democrat. That being said...

Beside the issue of who's going to be the arbiter of what is a legitimate ad, why should the networks have to take the financial hit of running the ads for "free". Or is it the tax payers that should have to foot the bill to the networks?

Nothing about his comments have any logic, unfortunately.
