I agree. It seems that organ transplants are a big stumbling block in modern medicine. The biggest problem seems to be how hard it is for patients to get life-saving donations. And then there is the issue with rejection of the implanted organ--though that often can be prevented through careful matching of the organ with the donor and drugs.
