I wouldn't be so bad if Mediacom wasn't such a polarizing company. If you ever have to deal with their tech support then you know how crappy they really are when something goes wrong. Which, has been a far greater occurrence than any other provider I've had. On top of this, after your done with introductory rates you get gouged on the back end. So when a company with a horrible track record announces a rate increase, stuff like these comments happen.

As far as I'm concerned, they are reaping what they sow.

Ditto on this. If you got ImOn in your area and your on MediaCom you need to give them a shot.
