In developing countries, Nigeria and probably the whole of Africa, non- religious students and youth find it hard, difficult to come out in the open and tell friends, neighbour and everybody their stance. Most people attribute this to fear of rejection while some others say it is poverty. To me I see it as a problem of the strength of religion in our society. However, as a student and youth, who in a bid to help bring such persons on Nigerian campuses and communities together, and in order that young people have a sense of belonging that they are not alone and that there are others like themselves in the society,I founded HUMANISTS WITHOUT BORDERS. Though, we are very young, i beleive that the organization will go a long way in promoting Humanism, Skepticism, Rationalism, Science, Freethought and religious freedom among students and youth in Osun state, Nigeria and Africa as a whole. It is on this background that I want to invite all Humanist Freethinkers, Atheists, Agnostics and Secularists, youth, students and everybody to contribute to the problem at hand---- WHAT IS THE REASON WHY MOST YOUNG AFRICANS ESPECIALLY HIDE AND WON'T COME OUT IN THE OPEN TO TELL THE WORLD THEY ARE NON-BELIEVERS?
