Hey, according to the far left liberal thinkers, even though we have a severe recession, even though we have the largest unemployment numbers in decades, the ansewer is to raise revenue by raising taxes on companies and individuals who are productive. The additional tax burden would cause the taxed entities to have to lay off workers to offset the additional costs. Why should some people have jobs while others do not? Let's put all workers in the unemployment lines, then we would have a true socialist economy. EVERYBODY WOULD BE EQUAL!
