Indy wasn't underrated coming into the season either.... I'm not saying you don't deserve a few upgrades but to really compare the way NO and DEN came into Madden to that of INDY is really no comparison at all. NO came in rated a 74 and is still 6-0 and I think denver came in at 70 where as INDY was in the upper 80's. And don't be fooled by the little team increases they released a few weeks ago those were a total smoke screen.
Wow are you really trying to say that Marques Colston isn't an elite reciever.... That's laughable....
so by that statement you are saying that everytime a wideout gets shut down by a cornerback then he should go down?.... well if that is the case then I think every single jets wideout needs a drop because if I remember right, you only scored 10 points!!!!
The Saints are finally on the road to being contenders in Madden. It's about time! Can't really say that I have any complaints. Not sure I understand what caused Colston to take a hit but I'll take the boost on defense anyday.
I would hardly say Brees has been subpar.... more like his receivers aren't getting as open as more defenders drop back into coverage to protect against him.... allowing the run game to open up. I'm all about keeping these rosters up to date based on current performance but constantly messing with drew's numbers is rediculous we all know he is the best qb in the nfl next to peyton manning. Not to mention if you are gonna dock someone for two weeks of play how bout boosting NO defense for four weeks of exceptional work. Or the O-line for having the number 2 rushing game in the nation!!! As I said before these are not the same Saints from last year .... they need a huge boost!
I have to agree.... he seems back to his old form and deserves an increase until he proves otherwise.
The entire Saints defense as well as they're Offensive Line Need a Serious Improvement. O-line leading the league in sacks allowed as well as second in rushing yards. They're rushing and pass protection needs some serious increases. Also this is not the 08 Saints Defense and they have made that perfectly clear. You can not shut down any team in madden with the current Saints defense and they have held two teams in a row to 10 points. Pass protection, Catching Ability, and Rushing Ability should be increased across the board. The Saints are a top tier team in the NFL right now and should perform as such in Madden!
The question wasn't why they went up, it's how. I'm a Saints fan, I am well aware of we are the #1 Ranked Offense. How can the team overall go up by 11 points when only three players see minimal increases. Basically what EA is doing is saying that the Overall rating means absolutely nothing by doing this.
And he probably never will, the players around him will though.... Harvin got an increase. I'm a Saints fan and love playing with the Vikes in Madden. The EA team have Favre just where they want him... they have had plenty of years to do it ... LOL. But seriously, I don't think they will really give him much increase, if they do it will probably be miniscule .... last year's late bust is going to prevent Donny from wanting to raise him everytime.
Saints only had three players raised a little bit so how did they go up 11 points overall...... I don't get this at all!
